Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS.  We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.  Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and are based on the total weight of your package.  You will receive an email notifications with tracking information once your order has shipped.

USPS Delivery Times:

  • First Class Mail: delivered in 3-5 business days
  • Priority Mail: delivered in 1-3 business days
  • First Class Mail International: shipping times vary and can take several weeks to deliver
  • USPS Priority Mail International: delivered in approximately 6-10 business days

Any returned packages (due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs fees, etc.) are subject to additional shipping fees to reship the package.  We will contact you via email for an updated address, if we don’t here back we will issue a refund minus shipping costs.

International orders include insurance and may be subject to additional fees or other taxes imposed from your country.  Labor of Love Baby Boutique is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping, these charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Labor of Love Baby Boutique is proud to offer high quality products for your baby.  We guarantee the satisfaction and quality of your order as all our products are handmade with love.  We inspect each piece as it leaves our studio to ensure the best quality.  If for some reason you have a quality issues with your products, please contact us right away so we can correct the problem!  You can email us at support@lolbabyboutique.com.

Refunds & Exchanges

We are a small mama run handmade shop and we will do our best to make sure you are happy!

If you are unhappy with the item you purchased, you may return or exchange the item (shipping fees are non-refundable) within 30 days the order was placed.  Please contact us before shipping the item back to us.  All custom orders and personalized items are final sale. 

Returned items must be in brand new condition (not washed, worn, damaged, etc.) with all original packaging and tags.  Damaged items will not be accepted for a return.  A refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected.  

We are not responsible for return shipping costs.  Be sure to obtain delivery confirmation on your package for tracking purposes. Insurance is also highly recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  Exchanges may be subject to additional shipping costs.

In the event you have an issue with your order, please contact us we can resolve the issue for you.  If an incorrect or damaged item is sent to you, we will correct the error in a timely manner and cover any return shipping if necessary.

Cancellations

In most cases we start processing an order right after its placed and we do not allow cancellations.  If you ordered a wrong size or item, have a change of address, or need to notify us of an upcoming “must have by” delivery date please contact us via email ASAP so we can make any necessary adjustments.  Please email us at support@lolbabyboutique.com.
